Football Frenzie player characters are fictional digital collectibles generated using a combination of artificial intelligence systems, procedural generation techniques, and original artwork.
Player NFTs are not intended to represent, depict, or reproduce any real-world footballer, athlete, celebrity, or individual.
Due to the large number of generated characters and the random nature of the generation process, some similarities in appearance, facial features, hairstyles, expressions, names, or other characteristics may occur unintentionally.
Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental and does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or association with Football Frenzie, Kuato Labs, or any related project.
Football Frenzie does not use the name, image, likeness, trademark, branding, statistics, or intellectual property of any professional football player, football club, league, federation, or governing body without permission.
If a rights holder believes a collectible materially infringes their rights, they may contact the Football Frenzie team for review.
7. Competition Rules
- Managers build squads from owned Player NFTs.
- 1 Country NFT is required.
- 1 to 11 Player NFTs are allowed.
- A full 11-player squad is recommended but not required.
- Players can only be used in one squad at a time.
- Squad submissions may be updated before relevant deadlines.
- Squad submissions are recorded on-chain where applicable.
8. Main League
- All nations begin in the Main League.
- As nations are eliminated from World Cup 2026, their managers leave Main League eligibility.
- Managers representing remaining nations continue competing.
- At the conclusion of World Cup 2026, the managers representing the winning nation become eligible for Main League prize placement.
9. Redemption League
- Eliminated nations automatically move into the Redemption League.
- The Redemption League is separate from the Main League.
- Redemption League managers continue competing for separate rewards.
- Redemption League participation does not provide eligibility for Main League prizes after elimination.
10. Prize Pool & Rewards
- 10% of qualifying mint revenue is allocated to the Season 1 prize pool.
- The prize pool grows until 28 June 2026 when the knockout stage begins.
- Revenue after that date is not included unless stated otherwise.
- Rewards may include ETH rewards, Championship Editions, recognition rewards or other announced collectibles.
- The final prize pool amount is determined by Football Frenzie records.
11. Main League Prize Distribution
At the conclusion of World Cup 2026, the ten highest-ranked managers representing the World Cup winning nation will receive a share of the Season 1 prize pool. Rewards are distributed according to final Team Power rankings.
Tie Rule
If two or more managers finish with the same Team Power, all prize allocations covering the tied positions will be combined and divided equally between the tied managers. The next manager will be ranked in the position immediately following the tied group.
Example: If three managers tie for 3rd place, the 3rd, 4th and 5th place prize allocations are combined and split equally between those three managers. The next manager is then ranked 6th.
12. Prize Pool Custody & Extraordinary Events
Football Frenzie will take reasonable measures to safeguard all prize pool funds and digital assets associated with Season 1.
Participants acknowledge that blockchain networks, digital wallets, smart contracts, third-party infrastructure providers and related technologies carry inherent risks that may be outside the reasonable control of Football Frenzie.
In the event of theft, hacking, security breaches, blockchain failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, force majeure events, regulatory actions, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Football Frenzie that materially affects the prize pool, Football Frenzie shall not be liable for losses exceeding the remaining assets available within the affected prize pool.
